How to use the hot tub
A wood-fired hot tub — how to keep the water at a comfortable temperature.
By your agreed time, the hot tub will be filled with water and heated to a comfortable temperature.
If the water is too hot
Open the tap and add as much cold water as you need.
Keeping the temperature
To maintain the water temperature, keep the stove’s lower damper slightly open (pull it towards you to open it). Add firewood to the stove from time to time. While the stove burns, water circulates through it, heats up, and returns to the tub.
Letting it cool down
If you close the lower damper, the fire will gradually die down, the water will stop heating, and the tub will slowly cool.
